Consultations take place in your own home to allow a full evaluation of environmental and human factors that might contribute to animal behavioural problems.

After your consultation you will receive a written protocol to follow and will be required to keep a daily diary as you work through this. The diary is then sent to Dr Flint by email once weekly and she will comment on any changes that may be required.
